Support for Locally running AI engine (e.g ollama) or ai api support (e.g Gemini AI) for tasks like discharge summary, daily EOD summary, chatbot, whatsapp chatbot( I have implemented it in python app where chatbot replies automatically to many queries like doctor availability, test costs, medicine or services availablity at hospital).

AI based features will not be added into the core functionality of care, they can be created as plugins. Scribe is our version of this, please move this feature into that repo. cc @shivankacker
