Similar to T1 and T2 that we discussed at ODA meeting, I am not sure what is expected from RA, DEC. There are different formats to enter it. We have "astropy" definition of SkyCoord, but RA, DEC are not those. We should force something here….

I also thought that there are two ways to do it:

one is as we discussed, and maybe we can do just that in this case
support multiple types in annotations, i.e. both oda:PointOfInterestRA and oda:Degrees, e.g. support multiple types for parameter nb2workflow#32, coma-separated
