Description

1.目前在获取根因分析结果后，需根据分析结果再一次性获取observer.log，rootservice.log日志，建议这个过程一次性自动完成，减少交互次数
2.关联获取去操作系统日志，比如怀疑是物理盘问题，需获取类似dmesg，message.log信息
3.对获取到的信息进行简单分析总结
