Currently each ROFL component can only talk to the RONL component via EnclaveRPC by using the ronl endpoint. We should support arbitrary routing options based on a simple policy where all communication between ROFL components would be denied by default and would need to be enabled via configuration (which should allow things like anyone can talk to component rofl.system-service-a).
