Documentation for Trainer and Run experiments is outdated and/or unclear

None of the flags mentioned for the Trainer or running experiments are clearly described where to set them / how to pass them / which part of the jiant codebase they interact with. I am interested in weighting_method, scaling_method for the Trainer, as well as transfer_paradigm, do_pretrain, and target_task_training.

Are these global variables? Are they passed to the RunConfiguration() function in jiant/proj/main/runscript.main_runscript()? Are they part of the configurator at jiant/proj/main/scripts/configurator? Are these flags perhaps named something else and the documentation linked is outdated? Would love help navigating these tuning options.
