We would like to help but could not get the extension working because of the issue with the missing parts of the extension.

We would like to fund updates to this extension is any one is available!

Sorry, but the last time this extension was used was about 8 years ago. I am not sure there is anyone available to help with it. I would suggest you to fork it and fix the missing items there.

I will endeavor to solve the issue with our fork and see if it is then acceptable to share the improved version back here.
