Doc: improve quality of videos

Hey,

I came multiple times back to this plugin which seem interesting but every time I'm left a bit confused by the video demos.

For most other videos => I also struggle to read the commands

I don't know if you have a bit of time to record again (maybe not) but I suggest using higher quality videos or (much better) ascii cinema (it records the text of the terminal so the video is not made out of pixels but out of text so the quality is best)
