First time a consumer is writing a description of a product, needs to have a pop-up saying:

"Good description: need a red short dress for a party coming up or a long white dress for a summer wedding!"

"Bad description: A gucci bag (stay away from brand specific items)"

Only occurs first time they are submitting an item.
