Hostnames are replaces with dns lookups? #8789

Environment:

  • OS name: FreeBSD
  • OS version: 14.0
  • Architecture: amd64
  • ntopng version/revision: v6.2.241009

What happened:
Local hostnames are replaced with what appears to be DNS queries.
Also, my router hostname gets replaced with other local devices hostnames.

How did you reproduce it?
It happens with almost all devices and all flows. The router hostname can change sometimes.

Can you go in the router page, scroll down and report what names have been learnt by ntopng?
