Anyone know how to create ckeditor.txt from the Full toolbar of options of CKEditor?

I can't find a working example nor get it to work, to use the full toolbar as seen here:

I have tried adapting the config at the bottom under "Editor configuration script (app.js in the customized installation guide)" but cant get it to work, the plugins config section dont include the full name like CKEditor5.autoformat.Autoformat.

I was hoping one exists so I dont have to build one up from scratch using CKEditor documentation.

I prefer to start with the full config, then disable what I dont need, rather than building up from scratch.
