It's been a while since this work was done, and I'm not sure how this is different from antidote-localizations.

Throughout the rest of the project, there doesn't seem to be any references this repository. antidote-web only refers to antidote-localizations in its package.json.

I think at this point it's clear that having this repo here isn't really harmful, but others that are coming to this repository should know (at least for the time being) that this is not the primary source of localization strings for the project.
