Hello, Can I add a Scroll to Top Button?

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

A Bottom To Top button in React JS is a component that allows users to scroll to the top of a page. It is typically positioned in the bottom right corner of the page and is hidden until the user has scrolled a certain distance down the page. When the user clicks on the button, the page will smoothly scroll to the top.

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

I want to add this using react components
