BRAT installation issues + manual interface not working

Brat installation

As mentionned in the Brat issues, the installation of the plugin resulted in a duplicated version, which I thought might be the reason for its "misbehaviour", I then was unable to reinstall it properly.

Graphic VS Manual interface

Turning on/off switch in the graphic interface works ; manually adding lines in the query field never did work at all... Not one line of the described syntaxe (for instance title: custom query name) ever worked when added manually in the query field, but opening the Query Control plugin graphic interface to pull switches on/off worked well. But since there aren't as many options in the graphic interface as there are in the syntax, I figured I'd better reinstall it, which I'm unable to.

Duplicate notes when renaming

Because I use iCloud syncing, I'm used to occasional files duplicating, showing as "file (1)" / "file (2)" etc... which I reguarly delete... but with this plugin on, something much weirder happened : I forgot what happened but for some reason the file named "Quotebook" simply disappeared from the screen while I was inputing stuff into it, and was actually deleted, being replaced by an identical file called "Quotebook 2" (without brackets, never seen that before...). And whenever I tried to rename it without the number 2, the same thing happened only this time there remained only a new file called "Quotebook 3". I'm with "Quotebook 4" now after renewing the action...

I don't know if it's linked to Brat's installation and the plugin being duplicated, but it seems it's impossible to change the note's title.
