Error after Refresh overlay

After refresh overlay I always get this error

use updated filter and updated PoEQoL tool

I did as you said, I downloaded the last filter version 7.10.3... after i press the refresh button shows the same msg and the filter back to the version 7.9.3

ok, go to your filter open it with editor and search for "pernarch" and change it to "pernach"
There is probably 2 pernarch's in your filter
its was a typo, this will fix it

I did it, but every time I press refresh, it back to the same problem...
