Move color / camera params to data, remove from git

It is easy for camera and color params to get lost or forgotten about in git commits - and they shouldn't really be changing once they have been set at a new venue.

We are thinking about moving them do the nbites/data/ section of the codebase. This also allows us to keep our camera params for different venues in a known location (i.e. watson, searles), instead of trying to dig through old commits to find them year after year!
