@mechtester, seems I don’t see any rule referring to this. Can you share your thoughts regarding this feature? What should be the interval between each notification? Also a short brief please!

How would you like to get reminded for drink water? I mean how frequently?

then we will try to add that feature!

Got it, We will try to add another section to just set reminder, for specific tasks.
I think then users can set as much reminder as they want.

But By default message is for "Look 20 feet away to protect your eyes".
we can add Add reminder button to custom messages with custom times.

• Drink water.
• Rotate your eyes.
• Take a walk
• Change a work posture by standing work.
  with many more messages like user needed with option select animated image related custom message for exampe when user create remainder for rotate eyes we can show rotate eye animation
