Hey,

I wanted to propose that we take a nodeschool-like approach to community building, where each chapter gets their own repo under the nodebots org, as well as establishing some guidelines to follow on a centralized repo that describes "how to put together a chapter".

In Buenos Aires we're currently in talks with @julianduque to jumpstart NodeBots BA, and it'd be great if we could leverage similar techniques as those we employed for NodeSchool BA.

It's super simple and seems to have been all that was needed to trigger a huge jump in meetups. Theres now about 60 nodeschools around the world.

Sounds great /sf, /nodebotsday, and /london are already here, but the big win here is the how to get started.
