No mail sent

I nicely installed the form, followed the whole documentation but my form is not working. I cannot get a working POST.
When I click on submit button the only thing that happen is
"#submit-0acf5f65-0a37-4cc9-b79a-76ef1004187d"
append to the url of the website in the url bar of the browser.
-email notification do not work
-Record entries do not work
I do not understand what I missed
