Please add support for pinned posts.

Pinned posts should appear at the beginning regardless of the creation date.
Pinned posts should have some sort of indicator.
Multiple pinned posts should be sorted by date descending (latest first).

Here's a mock up for example where the first post is pinned, and demonstrates requirements 1 and 2.
