Scan for TODOs

The recurring_ical_events.py file contains TODOs. To close this:

• list the TODOs
• TODO: Test RDATE Period with duration Support RDATE of type PERIOD with DURATION as end #180
• TODO: Check if we can remove this when all tests run
• TODO: Test if modification is included if it has a very long duration even if the start is way off
• TODO: What if a modification is moved to the same time as another occurrence? This should be tested.
• TODO: Test: use time from event modification over RDATE. Create a test: Create an RDATE with PERIOD, modify the RDATE text and the DURATION and TDEND
• TODO: Test that duration gets removed for all component types Event results might not be valid ICS (DURATION+DTEND) #139
