Plot colors change when toggling series in 'Toggling Series' example

Though the examples don't run from the link on the repo page, they run fine when you build engineering-flot locally, and serve up the examples locally.

The example has a section of javascript aimed at pinning the colors so they don't change when series are toggled (a 'color' option is set to an index value). This seems to be broken.
