Possibly the issues are just bioconda-utils when not working via a container - need to check |
I think that's it: I can install via conda but only if I'm not in the 'bioconda' environment that I use to build packages. Can someone check if this works in wave ? @ewels

Some weird compatibility issue with htslib. freebayes doesn’t claim it needs this specific version but ‘conda install’ does. Perhaps needs a rebuild of freebayes to be triggere

It's a dependency in msisensor-pro. I didn't kick tyres much - please feel free to try!
