Cheaha profile contact incorrect in nf-core webpage

Hello all,

We have noticed that our institutional profile documentation at https://nf-co.re/configs/cheaha/ has the incorrect contact. The profile itself has the correct contacts as indicated at

configs/conf/cheaha.config

Line 7 in ca9e531

config_profile_contact = 'Lara Ianov ([email protected]) or Austyn Trull ([email protected])'

What is the simplest path here in fixing this issue for the website? Should we just go ahead and swap this out to our GitHub usernames?

There has been some issues with the configs rendering on the website apparently (see here). That's probably the reason why, you can track that thread. I can leave this up now until that's solved :)

@jfy133 : No it does not seem to be fixed for us, so perhaps that issue is unrelated to this.

Let me know if you have any other thoughts - otherwise I or @atrull314 will dig through how the website build is currently parsing the contact info. Thanks!

It looks like if we use our github usernames instead of emails it should work -- that should be fine for us to update, but is there a preferred way for how to specify multiple config contacts?

Sorry, you are correct. The parsing logic is currently too simple (and assumes github usernames not email addresses). I will try to come up with a better way tomorrow (feel free to open a PR with a fix if you can already think of something 🙂 )
