rss template for all users

Hello, please add the feature that the admin can set an rss template for the users, and for example, the users in the news section will have a series of rss previously set by the admin on their page.

We decided that we don't want News to become some sort of announcement board.

We have heard in the past that schools and organizations whish to have an app which they can use to provide users of their Nextcloud with certain information.
And one way to do that is to have some rss feed and then provide it to the users.

I think this kind of feature is better placed in a independent app.

An app that allows the admin or a specific user group to manage rss feeds, post updates and manual announcements.
The part that is actually already in news, the feed reading is mostly using feed-io+guzzle.
I think that the processing of the items would need to be a bit different for such an app compared to News.
Maybe this could be integrated into https://github.com/nextcloud/announcementcenter but that app is currently in maintenance mode so as always someone or some company would need to stand up and do it.

News also has the current disadvantage that a given feed is added for each user.
Meaning you have let's say 5000 users that feed will be fetched and stored in the DB 5000 times.

I would like to see News being a good open source rss reader app for Nextcloud not more than that.
That target has turned out to be quite challenging itself.
