Disabling feeds temporary - GUI switch

Hello! It would be nice to have option to freeze existing feed without deleting it. I've found closed (due inactivity) issue #725 and I noticed comment from @eht16 about existing column in oc_news_feeds so I tested it (changing manually in DB) and it works! :) The only missing thing is switch in GUI.
The weird thing is that the only occurrence of prevent_update in code is here:

It's not used anywhere else, but it seems to work.
DB command which I've run to have it temporary blocked: (replace id field with the feed which you want to freeze)

UPDATE oc_news_feeds SET prevent_update = 1 WHERE id=1;

I hope it can be quite easily added (e.g. under right button). Unfortunately I don't have enough PHP skill to make a contribution, so I'm creating this discussion instead.

Oh, I was looking for prevent_update phrase, so it makes it clear how it works.

A toggle to "disable" a feed would really be great.

Additionally to this, a general setting "Show disabled feeds" would be perfect, to be able to re-enable the feed through toggling it again.
