Refresh functionality missing from app main actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Not being able to reload only the list via a refresh button using the underlying AJAX - this missing feature is a frustration for me as my only avenue to keep the list fresh on my phone browser is to reload the webpage, which is prone to jamming up.

Among the icons top-right, add a refresh button

Describe alternatives you've considered

I don't care about the design implementation, I just care that it's available to use.
