Only filename displays in Activity log on the link hover

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Activity log
2. Hover on any file link in the history

Expected behaviour

See title like "In /path/to/file/parent/folder" (worked correctly in my previous version of NC 27.1)

Actual behaviour

See title "In filename.ext"
