Getting text range data for the matching fields

I building a search similar to the Command-F search in web browsers. I'd like to highlight matching words.

For example, when I search for "meier fhilip" I want to highlight the 1st two words in "Björn-Phillipp Mayer".

For that, I need either numeric ranges for the matches or some sort of token data:
