A couple of users reported the bug on Windows when using neva run command. Example:

neva run src
exec: "C:\Users\敖律风\code\learn-neva\output": executable file not found in %PATH% what?

What does %PATH% mean here? Is it the same as Linux PATH? If yes, why it's related? Is the generated output binary executable file not found on the given path? If yes, why so?
