DISCUSSION - toggle segment visibility: when toggle is on, load one or all segments?

Using segments visibles button can toggle visibility of the segments in the slicer viewer, however when used, only one segments (the active one) is loaded so it can be edited (but if you toggle twice (on-off-on) then it loads all segments visibles. What would be the best approach? Note that load always all segments can be tricky using Slicer due to visibility observers.
