Goal is to explain how to reproduce the brain/spine study, while giving the possibility to do e.g. spine-only study.

Could be on github page with jekyll.

because the repository is currently private (i'm happy to open it anytime)

ah! the link is wrong... let me fix that

i'm not sure how i can fix that.
