Make maxRestarts and restartDelay configurable #8

Currently by default, the provider configures a restartDelay of 5 seconds and a maxRestarts value of 5. This should be configurable:

  • on a global level via env vars for the provider
  • on a function level via an annotations like com.github.neuroforgede.nf-faas-docker.restartDelay
