The FRQS Alliance is looking for a data discovery node that is hosted by the Douglas Neuroinformatics Platform. At the moment the URL is here: https://neurobagel-alliancefrqs.douglasneuroinformatics.ca/querytool?node=All

Here is a list of the requirements we have discussed and agreed on:

  • Ability to annotate
    • standard psychosocial questionnaires (PHQ9 etc)
    • diagnostic categories (ICD10), gender
  • Ability to search for
    • age ranges
    • multiple parameters at once (e.g. ADHD and Autism)
    • presence of assessments regarding lifestyle factors
    • only aggregated data without providing access to data
  • Ability to search from the ASMQ website

Here are the implementation issues:

Some of these capabilities (most?) are likely also relevant for other projects so we will split these off into their own milestones but track them here for the overall project
