Brain map source

Map description

We are working on supporting surfaces in NiMARE, and we found neuromaps! Basically we need a mapping from the coordinates reported in papers to a surface space. In the paper, y'all mention going from surface to volume, but we couldn't find a file that maps which vertices each voxel corresponds with. Do you know if such a file exists?

Hey @jdkent, sorry for the long delay. You are right that we do mention in the manuscript that we have surface-to-volume mappings.

We however ran into some issues, so unfortunately they are not available as we speak. But we'll try to release them as soon as possible. We'll update you if we're unable to do so. Thank you for pointing this out!

Hi @VinceBaz, sorry to revive an old thread, but I would also be interested in a vertex-to-voxel mapping of the fsLR pial surface. Is that a resource your team has, or one that could be made with neuromap tools?
