Improvements for the Pro Tips button

I would like to suggest moving the Pro Tips button and its information to the same row as the buttons for Adding a floor plan/export/edit/deleting a floorplan are located but having it on the left side of the window. This makes it more visible and easier to get to.

I would also like to suggest renaming it to something like "Usage Tips" as it makes it a bit more clear on its purpose.

I can open a PR on these changes if approved. It is a fairly simple change to make but makes it look cleaner.
