Static Links for Easy access

There are often times I want to just view the latest info without having to go the main site, look at the top bar and then grab the latest manually. Let's say the changelog.

Ideally, what I'd like to do is have a https://neoforged.net/latest/changelog which just redirects to the latest version's changelog txt as it has now. (Bonus points if made into its own formatted). This is mainly desired for changelog, but it could be interesting to have this expanded to the installer or blog post.
