E492: Not an editor command: CocInstall ****

So after I installed coc, every time I tried to install a new coc extension, vim gives me this error. Almost definitely I think I messed something up on my side, help!!!!!

What's your :CocInfo? Looks like you didn't install coc.nvim successfully.

Yeah everything works when coc is installed, until it doesn't after I exit and restart the vim.
