When turning on and invoking the modem, it takes time to connect. This consumers power and is significant in the overall connection time.
Write the time to connect to the DBGyymm.log and Console screen.
Should be in unique format to be able to import into XLS and also to be searchable in a TTYxxx.log
While there are a number of subcomponents, the only real time that matters is from SleepReq to Connected -
suggest label "Connected(ms)"
