Statistics (Speed, Gun Depression, Weight etc) for tanks

Create a page (or set of pages) to display fixed stats of the tanks, like speed, weight, power, power ratio, gun depression, armor thickness, traverse etc.

The data should be retrieved from the APIs here and here.

Ideally as much data as existing on WorldOfTanksXboxGuide should be available and easily exported to an Excel file.

Extra additions:

• Historic Data, so we can see when and what nerfs or buffs happened.
• Cluster Analysis to group tanks of similar performance and play style.
