Uptime Leader board - Shardnet Validator

Dear team,

I've been running my node and updating it as in trouble shootings (commit, ...). I do everything I can to fit it, but the statistic in shardnet - scoreboard is still low in every columns ( CHUNKS PRODUCED | CHUNKS EXPECTED | %CHUNKS ONLINE | BLOCKS PRODUCED | BLOCKS EXPECTED | %BLOCKS ONLINE | MISSED EPOCHS | VALIDATED EPOCHS | TOTAL EPOCHS) despite my update, upgrade.

I'm still trying to figuring the problem out, please note it. There may be more participants that have same problems as mine.
The node is running. Updating. but like in the image below.

It leads to the fact that I can easily pass "the proposal", but I cannot enter "validators" because of my chunk productions.

Just let you know that. I've been checked the keys like the trouble shootings. The keys are the same.
And my chunks and blocks are not being produced.

The blocks are being produced, but the chunks are NOT being produced.
