Wallet Migration: Sender Wallet fail to migrate account(s)

Problem
Failure on testing wallet migration on testnet environment, transferring one account towards to Sender Wallet.
(Resulting on seeing 404 from Sender's wallet)

Expected Behavior
Able to transfer account to Sender Wallet as described in #2883

Steps to reproduce

1. Run NEAR_WALLET_ENV='development' yarn run start
2. Click Transfer My Accounts button on top banner.
   
3. Select Sender Wallet and click Continue
   
4. Click password form and click Continue
   
5. Check the name of the account and click Continue
   
6. Seeing 404: This page could not be found on browser with blank black screen
