Feature Request With Working Code - Scrolling Sections In Inserter

Thanks for the wonderful open source icon library. One usability issue is the inserter not having scrolling sections. I have a forked version with the requested enhancement in working form for review and as a concept of how you could implement it your own way most likely. The more icons and categories increased the usability issue to the point where the design doesn't work well with tons of icons and categories.

Screenshots below show what it will work like when a few thousand icons and tons more categories are added.

Scrolling down in a long list of icons makes the categories go away. So you have to scroll back up to get to a new category and can not see what category you are in:

When there are many categories, the icons scroll out of view, then you change to a new category and can't see there are any icons, have to scroll up to see them

When you scroll up, you lose the category you are in

This screenshot shows a modified version of the dialog in similar implementation. See how the category and icons are all together and scroll individually.

When scrolling the list of icons, you can still see the category.
