Hello I noticed a lot of people are having trouble with the application as far as missing, lost, not able to sync accounts, btc missing, etc.
Your funds are not lost, the app just has several bugs in it since it hasn’t been swept in so long because the developers aren’t as devoted to it as they once were.
To regain your funds(as long as the wallet is backed up) you need to enter your mnemonic seed into the blockchain wallet recovery and you will be able to view and send your funds properly. Hopefully this helped!

Hey I just did this for a friend today. Anyone who is trying this, just download Electrum and restore the wallet with: new/restore and then enter your seed words, choose BIP39 (option) and then press next. When you choose the wallet type, it's likely Legacy. I think the sync issue happens because it looks like they are using p2sh addresses now. Idk.. this app is definitely old but backup from original seed worked today when I tried it...

I just did this as well. Thank you @britttttk for the tip. My last transaction in Mycelium was Feb 2018 and the seed restore was showing no balance and no transaction history. Using Electrum, BIP39, and legacy type along with my seed phrase, I was able to recover my BTC. Thanks again.

I'm trying to send my funds from mycelium to a hardware wallet but mycelium won't accept my hw wallet's address - too many characters: 42. mycelium doesn't like more than 33 characters. is this the same issue? I have the latest version of mycelium which they updated a 3weeks ago v 1.15. I'm using iOS 13.5.1 Thanks!

Where do we access our seed words though? I never got access to my seed words.

@amy-zhg You either have them or you dont (you either looked for them in the app and wrote them down on paper, or you didnt). Thats just how bitcoin works.
