As indicated in mycelium-com/wallet-android#555 we have done some modifications regarding how passphrase is communicated between Trezor and the host.

Please see this document how to migrate to the newer design. Most of the changes are backwards compatible but to support passphrase entry on Trezor T some changes are required.
