Feature request: add support for blob video casting

Thank you for great product and for making it open source!!!

I have tried to cast a video blob. It is playing well, but when I try to cast it using AirPlay it shows loading symbol on TV forever and does not play.

I can send my code if necessary.

I'm quite sure this isn't possible because a blob URL is local to that client. Airplay requires an URL that is accessible via HTTPS.

tl;dr is that you'll need to provide an extra <source> tag in video with a valid remote accessible video source URL.

We implemented this recently here for the hls-video element muxinc/media-elements#40
