The new icon only appear on the app page in the AppCenter, not in the Application Menu and not in the Dock or everywhere else. Is it normal ?

Yes I am, this is a screen capture from the AppCenter.
And the App has been updated because french translations I submitted are working.

Apparently it's a bug in AppCenter: elementary/appcenter#934
