I suggest you add a few features in the map editor that we will be able to edit in the game without creating Lua files. We will be able to use the features using F3 or double click after clicking an element (vehicles, objects, peds, etc.) in the panel.
setVehicleOverrideLights: It will allow us to set vehicle lights to turn on or off (I am not talking about the vehicle sirens)
setObjectProperty: This feature will let us change the property of the specified object. So we will be able to change an object's property using editor F3 Panel.

Advanced Re-scale the object: Editor already has a rescale feature but it will be more advanced so will be able to scale the object from x, y, z, separated. We will be able to create tiny, large or long objects
setGameBrightness: I think we will be able to create more atmospheric, creepy, and mystery scenes using this feature. And It will be so good if it can be smooth instead linear Brightness changing
AdvancedCoronas: I know we can edit coronas and even their colors but this feature will be different; Finally we will be able to create blinking lights! because the current coronas are boring
