[Feature request] Choose Mullvad-owned servers seperately for entry-/exit-server

Feature description

I would like to choose a Mullvad-onwned server as an entry-server and a rented server in a more exotic country as an exit-server in order to circumvent server-based blocking on Reddit for example. It would be helpful if the corresponding (and already existing) switch would work for entry-nodes and exit-notes seperately.

Alternative solutions

Until now I picked servers by hand with help of the listed severs on the Mullvad homepage, but this is very uncomfortable and a time eater.
