Issue detected in branch analysis and same issue is not detected in PR analysis

Hi Team,

Details:

SonarQube version 8.9 LTS
GitHub actions for CI/CD
Mule SonarQube Plugin v1.0.6
MuleSoft Rules for Mule 4.x

The below Mulesoft rule in SonarQube is showing as an issue in the branch analysis and Quality Gate failed, not
showing as an issue in the PR analysis and Quality Gate is passed.
FYI..the file is the same for both analyses.
The rule is

Kindly provide the details for this type of behavior performed by the plugin.
And provide the solution, as we have the requirement to perform both PR analysis and Branch analysis.
