When installing CCA and navigating under Settings -> Sync Settings -> Status, you can see a random date if the app has not had time to sync the records.
Describe the solution you'd like
I think it would be nice to display something a bit more helpful and user-friendly? Something along the lines of 'No records received yet, please refresh the page' or 'No records received yet, please check again in x minutes'.
Describe alternatives you've considered
We can leave the field completely blank instead of having a message, but it's not very useful.
